We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange for the same model and color.

Note: Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty.

What is the warranty process?

If your registered device stops working, please email the following information to us at hello@vitruvi.com. We will walk through troubleshooting steps together; in the event that we can’t troubleshoot the issue, we’ll be happy to help you with an exchange.

  1. The email address used to register your product.
  2. Information on the issue you’re experiencing (please include a photo or video).
  3. Your current shipping address.

What is the warranty coverage for devices?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange for the same model and color.

Please note that Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty. You must be the original owner of the item for it to be covered under warranty. The warranty includes devices purchased through our authorized retailers; however, it does not extend to devices purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.

What is covered under warranty?

All manufacturer or mechanical defects for our diffusers and humidifiers are covered under warranty. If you’ve followed the instructions and are experiencing problems, please reach out to our team—we would be happy to troubleshoot any issues.

What is not covered under warranty?

Your device is not covered under the following circumstances:

  • You have a Stone Diffuser with a DC power cord.
  • Your device was purchased through an unauthorized third-party reseller.
  • You have a misplaced or lost device.
  • Your device has accidental damage, such as but not limited to: cracks, water damage, or any other damages outside of the intended use.
  • Your device has cosmetic damage from failure to properly clean it, such as but not limited to: scratches, scuffs, stains, color changes, or any other changes to its appearance that occurred during normal usage and that do not affect the functionality.
  • Your device has damage determined by us to be due to intentional abuse, modification, tampering, and/or alteration beyond what could be considered normal handling and use.
  • You are looking to replace consumable items, such as humidifier filters and diffuser scents. These items are not covered under warranty.

What happens if my device has been discontinued?

We can’t guarantee the exact replacement of limited-edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items. We guarantee that the replacement device will be equal value to your original purchase. We make replacement decisions at our discretion and reserve the right to decline a warranty claim.
