3 Ways to Use Peppermint
Lavender Lashes

DIY Vapour Rub

Add 5 drops to 1 tbsp coconut oil to make a homemade vapor rub to promote deep breathing.
Travel

Shower Spray

Add 15 drops to a spray bottle with water and witch hazel. Mist shower to keep it clean and smelling fresh.
Laundry

Natural Mouthwash

Add 2-3 drops of Peppermint to 1 cup of water, rinse and spit out.
