START YOUR RETURN

Return Policy

We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help. Sale and discounted items are only available for exchange or return for store credit within 15 days of purchase.  Items discounted over 50% are final sale. 

- Full-price devices can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Devices include diffusers and humidifiers.

- Essential Oils and Natural Air Freshener Sprays can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase.

- Scent Kits can be returned for store credit only.

- Items purchased through Gift Cards are eligible for exchange or store credit.

- To return or exchange a Natural Air Freshener Spray or Diffuser Bundle, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@vitruvi.com.

All returns are subject to a handling fee.

Warranty

We offer a one year warranty on all our devices; this includes diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any manufacturing or mechanical defects we would be happy to assist you. Please note our warranty does not cover misplaced or lost parts, accidental damage, purchases of diffusers from an unauthorized dealer or seller, damage as a result of incorrect use.
