Return Policy

We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help. Devices can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Devices include diffusers and humidifiers. Essential Oils and Natural Air Freshener Sprays can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase. Scent Kits can be returned for store credit only. Items purchased through Gift Cards are eligible for exchange or store credit. To return or exchange a Natural Air Freshener Spray or Diffuser Bundle, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@vitruvi.com.All sale and discounted items are only available for exchange or return for store credit within 15 days of purchase. 

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased an item up to 30 days before a sale, we would be happy to offer you a price adjustment during the sale period. The reimbursement will be applied back onto your original form of payment. Price adjustments are not valid for discontinued items.

Warranty

We offer a one year warranty on all our devices; this includes diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any manufacturing or mechanical defects we would be happy to assist you. Please note our warranty does not cover misplaced or lost parts, accidental damage, purchases of diffusers from an unauthorized dealer or seller, damage as a result of incorrect use.
