Return Policy

We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help.

We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

- Devices can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Devices include diffusers and humidifiers.

- Essential Oils and Natural Air Freshener Sprays can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase.

- Scent Kits can be returned for store credit only.

- Items purchased through Gift Cards are eligible for exchange or store credit.

- To return or exchange a Natural Air Freshener Spray or Diffuser Bundle, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at hello@vitruvi.com.

All sale and discounted items are only available for exchange or return for store credit within 15 days of purchase. 

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased an item up to 30 days before a sale, we would be happy to offer you a price adjustment during the sale period. The reimbursement will be applied back onto your original form of payment. Price adjustments are not valid for discontinued items.

Warranty

We offer a one year warranty on all our devices; this includes diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any manufacturing or mechanical defects we would be happy to assist you. Please note our warranty does not cover misplaced or lost parts, accidental damage, purchases of diffusers from an unauthorized dealer or seller, damage as a result of incorrect use.
