Returns and Exchanges
We think you’ll love using our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, we’re here to help. Devices can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Devices include diffusers and humidifiers. Essential Oils and Natural Air Freshener Sprays can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of purchase. Scent Kits can be returned for store credit only.
Items purchased through Gift Cards are eligible for exchange or store credit. All orders to the UK and Australia are final sale.

Black Friday Return Policy
Items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are only eligible for exchange or store credit. You will have until January 15, 2023 to exchange or return your item for store credit. Please note that the Mystery Kit is final sale.
Holiday Return Policy
We know holiday shopping can be stressful, so we want to make it easy! Any items purchased between November 18 and December 14, 2022 are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund (if eligible) until January 15, 2023.
Any full priced items purchased after December 14 will follow our normal 30 day return policy. Items purchased on-sale will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit. All gift cards are a final sale
Sale and Discounted Items
All items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange, or return for credit, within 15 days of purchase. All orders to the UK and Australia are final sale.
If you have purchased an item up to 30 days before a sale, we would be happy to offer you a price adjustment during the sale period. The reimbursement will be applied back onto your original form of payment. Price adjustments are not valid for discontinued items.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our devices. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you. Devices include diffusers and humidifiers.
Please reach out to us at email@example.com with your proof of purchase, information on the issue you’re experiencing, and the serial number (located on the bottom of your device). We would be happy to support you and ensure you have a perfectly working product.
Please note that our lifetime device warranty does not cover personal damages. That said, if you need a replacement part, you’re able to purchase it here.
