Making a Return

Black Friday and Holiday Return Policy

As we know many of you will be shopping for holiday gifts early, items purchased from November 14 - December 13 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 13, 2025.Items purchased after December 13th, are eligible for our regular return policy. All items purchased on sale are eligible for return for credit or exchange only. Please visit our self self serve returns page to begin, or email our team at hello@vitruvi.com.

Price Adjustments

If you have purchased an item up to 30 days before a sale, we would be happy to offer you a price adjustment during the sale period. The reimbursement will be applied back onto your original form of payment. Price adjustments are not valid for discontinued items.

Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our devices; this includes diffusers and humidifiers. If your device has any mechanical or manufacturing defects, we would be happy to assist you.Note: Stone Diffusers with a DC power cord are not covered under warranty.
