Is there an order minimum for The Scent Club?

Yes—you must commit to two orders through your subscription. However, you are able to pause, add, or remove items from your subscription at any time. If you need any assistance, send us an email at hello@vitruvi.com.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes—you are able to cancel your subscription after your first two scheduled orders. You can cancel directly in your vitruvi account, or reach out to us at hello@vitruvi.com for support.

What is the return policy for my subscription items?

Any items purchased through The Scent Club are eligible to be returned for store credit only.

Will my order receive free shipping?

All Canadian and U.S. orders over $45 (before tax) will ship for free. Puerto Rico and Hawaii are excluded from this.

Please note that The Scent Club is only available for residents of Canada and the United States.

Are all vitruvi products available in The Scent Club?

No—diffusers, essential oil kits, and accessories are not part of The Scent Club.

Can discount codes or credits be applied to my subscription?

No—discount codes and credits are not eligible for subscription orders. If you would like to use a code on a one-time purchase, you’re more than welcome to create a separate order.

When will I be charged for my orders?

You will be charged 3 to 5 days before your order arrives. Once your order has been charged and processed, you will be unable to cancel your shipment. If you’d like to change your charge date, email us at hello@vitruvi.com for support.
