"I recently wrote a poor review based only on shipping costs for small replacement straws and nothing to do with my diffuser which is a great product! "I ordered one waterless diffuser, used it on the main floor, loved it and immediately went and ordered a second one. The diffusers are beautiful and even the packaging was high quality. The second unit does seem to have issues with charging, so I have to keep it plugged in. Not a big deal for where it is being used. The Forest Frost scent is SO fresh and makes the whole house smells like a walk in the Rockies. I have been using it now for 8 hours every day, for about 3 weeks and did not have to use a refill yet."

Tried to exchange the air waterless for the air with water within the 15 day timeline and company phone did not work and was contacted via email by your company outside the time period.
