"I bought three of these less than 18 months ago. Two diffusers have stopped working already. These are VERY poor quality of the exorbitant amount of money charged. Additionally, the warranty process burdens the user by requiring A VIDEO of their defective product. No video, no warranty. Blaming the user is one thing, but requiring that a video be sent is just poor customer service and suspicious. DON'T BUY from this company."
