"absolutely atrocious customer service for a very expensive product. shipment got last. i asked for replacement w expedited mail as i was traveling. service team non-responsive for days. finally sent it out regular mail, which takes 5-8 days. i complained and they cancelled the shipment and refunded. i asked for a store credit and they gave me their 10% code. zero acknolwledgment of terrible experience"

"The bottle of GROVE oil was opened (the seal was broken) and it leaked inside the package and was not full when it arrived, it was soaked up by the box and on the wrapping. The scent was amazing but unfortunately I was not able to use it with my diffuser."
