This versatile recipe can be used as a hand, body, or scalp scrub. Choose a fine or coarse sea salt depending on your desired intensity, and then personalize your essential oils. It's great to include one or more antibacterial oils like Peppermint, Sweet Orange, Lemongrass, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Rosemary, Spruce, or Tea Tree.

Scrubs make great do-it-yourself gifts. Put your creation in a wide-mouth jar with a small spoon and give to friends and family to leave next to the sink or in the shower for a quick spa moment.
