Senior Graphic Designer – Vancouver, BC

vitruvi is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing department. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, this role will be instrumental in elevating vitruvi’s brand and retail presence. The ideal candidate will be a passionate creative well versed in omni-channel campaign development.

What You'll Do

  • Provide design expertise in the development of seasonal creative direction and execution.
  • Conceptualize and execute design work across multiple touchpoints, including digital (site, email, and social), print, video, retail, packaging and campaign.
  • Uphold style consistency across the brand and all design elements.
  • Translate video story ideas into visual approaches through storyboards, framing, location scouting, set design and prop recommendations, etc.
  • Provide mentorship, daily feedback, approvals, and clear design critiques to other members of the team.
  • Continue supporting the evolution of our evergreen content in new and fresh ways.
  • Participate in strategic brainstorming, concept development, creative brief development, and creative execution.
  • Partner closely with our copywriter to ensure the best creative assets.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize different projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Estimate the time required to complete tasks

What You'll Bring

  • Must be a bright, articulate, self-starter who can take initiative and bring new ideas to the table
  • 6 years of graphic design experience (in-house creative studio a bonus)
  • Professional, efficient, organized, detail-oriented, have excellent follow-through, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite required
  • Experience in Figma is a bonus
  • Ability to balance brand consistency and creativity
  • Open and professional, both giving and receiving feedback
  • Expert understanding of digital design, typography, color theory, and layout systems
  • Background creating and applying style guides required
  • Print, digital and packaging experience required
  • Video editing experience a bonus
  • Strong conceptual thinker with high fidelity creative and technical design 
  • Ability to share and work as a collaborative team player in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience leading design critiques with actionable feedback
  • Past experience working for a lifestyle company a plus

Inside Sales Assistant – 3 Month Contract – Vancouver, BC

As we continue to accelerate our growth, we’re searching for an exceptional Inside Sales Assistant to join our team. Their task will be to support the sales team in attaining their objectives. The role
requires someone who is able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining
high levels of customer service. Every day there will be different projects and or tasks that
require someone who can pivot easily. Opportunity to progress to Inside Sales Representative.


  • Conduct online lead generation activities and identify new business opportunities
  • Source and input quality leads into Salesforce (research to include buyer contact name & email)
  • Working on sales projects/initiatives as needed
  • Pull analysis on existing accounts and create reports
  • Assist the sales team with digital asset requests/admin duties/paperwork/customer service where needed
  • Process sales orders accurately and completely


  • 1-2 years sales experience required

Intermediate Accountant – Vancouver, BC

vitruvi is looking for an intermediate level accounting professional who is excited be part of a developing and fast-paced team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will have the opportunity to experience all aspects of the accounting process and be empowered to develop new ways of thinking and completing routine tasks. As an individual you are adaptable, inquisitive, innovative, and diligent, while not being afraid to tackle a challenge head on.


  • Progression towards completion of CPA considered an asset
  • 2-3 years accounting experience in a progressive organization
  • Demonstrated ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Experience with Xero an asset
  • Ability to influence operational changes cross functionally in a positive manner
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Excel
  • Have a high level of organization with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


  • Prepare payments and coordinate cash collections
  • Manage finance communication to external parties (Vendors/Customers) and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, trial balances, income statements, balance sheets
  • Analyze, reconcile, and prepare continuity schedules on select accounts (Pre-paid expenses, Capital
  • Improving processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
  • Coordinate the month end close, including process improvement recommendations
  • Develop and ensuring adequacy of internal controls
  • Prepare monthly reports for inclusion in the senior management and board reporting packages
