How to Clean Your Diffuser with Cleaning Tablets
Step 1: Unplug your device.
Step 2: Fill with warm water to recommended fill line.
Step 3: Add 1 cleaning tablet.
Step 4: Let soak for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Empty, rinse, and wipe clean.
How to Clean Your Humidifier with Cleaning Tablets
Step 1: Unplug your device.
Step 2: Add warm water to the base.
Step 3: For every cup (236 ml / 8 fl. oz.) of water added to the base, add 1 cleaning tablet.
Step 4: Let soak for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Empty, rinse, and wipe clean.

Do not use device while cleaning.
Do not allow water to enter the internal air vents of your humidifiers or diffusers.

"Just okay. Your instructions for use with the Cloud Humidifier, Step 2 does not indicate to what level the water should be added - nor does the base have a line indicating (like the tank). Hence, first time, filled to top and an immediate outpouring of water all over our counter. Not impressed. Did give this feedback along with our ongoing frustration with the ongoing bubble/gurgle noises - did give all this feedback to Lina earlier this month and may still decide to return."

Tablets didn't fully dissolve
"The tablets didn't dissolve at all! I followed the instructions, one tablet per cup of water and waited for 20 minutes. The tablets only dissolve a little. I even redid the process again with warm water, but the result is still the same. I saw that some users also had the same experience. Feels like this is such a waste of money. Baking soda with vinegar would probably have done a better job than this. I do not recommend it."

"Ever since I started using the Cloud Humidifier, I wished they had a cleaner for it. I was so thrilled that I ordered some right away. Since this is a Canadian company, my only problem then, as it is now more than ever, is that it's made in the USA. There has to be somewhere in Canada that can make these, and I hope you find them soon. The tablets do work well at getting off water stains."
