YOU NEED:
Lavender Essential Oil
Lavender is our most popular essential oil. Sourced from the high alpine fields of France, it has a clean and refreshing floral scent that makes it a favourite to diffuse around the house, and to use in household products like natural cleaners, soaps, and skincare.
Lavender is also incredibly soothing and calming, which is why it has become an essential part of our bedtime ritual.

How we use it
- Body soak: add 10 drops of Lavender and 1 cup of epsom salts to a warm bath. Soak. Relax.
- Sleep aid: add 4 drops of Lavender to a tissue, then place it under your pillow for a good night’s rest (it’s a travel-friendly trick, too).
- Blemish fix: Lavender makes for a great blemish treatment—just add 1 drop to the problem area and let its natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties take effect.
Blends well with
Eucalyptus, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang.
