The soothing, calming properties of Lavender Essential Oil make it an evening staple. There are so many ways to incorporate it into your PM routine—here are three of our favourites.
Gentle bath oil
Draw a warm bath and add 10 drops of Lavender; it’ll relax your body and your mind. Pairs extremely well with a glass of red wine or a mug of chamomile tea.
Acne spot treatment
Thanks to its antibacterial and antifungal properties, Lavender can help reduce the size and redness of blemishes while you sleep. Just dab a drop onto any uninvited visitors (make sure your skin is clean first) and then hop into bed.
Relaxing bedtime aroma
Known as one of the best essential oils for sleep, Lavender is powdery, floral, and pacifying. Add 15 drops to a diffuser with 5 drops of Ylang Ylang for an aroma that smells like a fresh bouquet and will have you drifting off to dreamland in no time.
