Yoga Mat Spray

After your yoga practice, turn to this simple spray for a quick refresher in between cleanings. Whether you just did hatha, yin, or flow, your mat can always benefit from a little extra TLC.

Using just water and our Retreat Essential Oil Blend, this spray will transport you to the tropics—and hopefully make you feel like you just did yoga on a beach somewhere.

Method

1. Combine the ingredients together in a spray bottle.
2. Shake gently before each use.
3. Spray your mat and let air dry or wipe clean with a reusable cloth.
4. Close your eyes and pretend your hair is whipping in a warm sea breeze.
