YOU NEED:
Bergamot Essential Oil
Bergamot is derived from cold-pressing the rind of the fragrant bergamot fruit, which looks like a combination of an orange and a lime. Fun fact: that spicy, citrusy aroma you love in Earl grey tea? That’s Bergamot.
As the finest scent in the citrus family, Bergamot is found in about half of women’s perfumes and a third of men’s colognes. It’s a great multi-use essential oil for the home as well—we love it because it’s fresh and comforting.

- Diffuser blend: diffuse 6 drops of Frankincense, 7 drops of Bergamot, and 5 drops of Lavender to create a grounded, comforting atmosphere.
- Body soak: Bergamot is known as a relaxant—add 7 drops to your tub for a cozy yet refreshing experience.
- Face steam: add 7 drops of Bergamot and 4 drops of Grapefruit to a bowl of hot water. Cover your face with a towel over the bowl and breathe deeply. The oils help tighten and rejuvenate your skin.
